By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Holiday Light Tour, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
For the safety and well-being of all guests, any passenger who appears to be intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibits behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or could endanger themselves, other passengers, the tour guide, or the driver, will be removed from the tour before or during the ride. No refund will be provided in the event of removal due to intoxication or related behavior.
Detours, route changes, or closed attractions may occur due to weather, traffic, road conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
You understand and agree that these situations are not the responsibility or fault of the company, tour guide, or driver. We will make every reasonable effort to provide an enjoyable and safe experience but cannot guarantee that all planned stops or attractions will be available.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Holiday Light Tour,
